Guest Service Agent Dual Hotels Grant Street Inn and The J Hotel 491 Causeway Boulevard, Dunedin, FL 34698 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests at The Grant Street Inn or The J Hotel & Suites . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations within a hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with hospitality management practices and hotel operations is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
