Guest Services Agent Comfort Suites Hotel 1941 Edgewater Dr FL 636, Clearwater, FL 33755 Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and friendly part-time front desk agent. This position will typically be 4 days per week. Ideal candidate will be available weekends, evenings and some holidays. We need someone that is available a couple of days during the week most importantly. Previous hotel experience is required specially Choice Hotels. Please do not call the hotel to inquire about job Comfort Suites Clearwater, FL 33755 Responsibilities and Duties Checking guests in and out of the hotel Issuing work orders for maintenance staff in the mornings; inputting work orders in evening if needed Issuing house keeping assignments in the mornings Providing guest with general information about the area Taking reservations via phone Resolving any guest service issues that arise during your shift Most importantly, providing a welcoming and friendly attitude to all of our guests. Qualifications and Skills 1 year customer service or hospitality experience required Choice experience preferred Excellent guest service skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and unsupervised Knowledge of Clearwater-Dunedin area is a plus
