Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 619 South Gulfview Boulevard, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767 Shephard’s Beach Resort is now hiring a Full-Time Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our front desk team in ensuring excellent customer service and making each guest’s experience more memorable. Ideal candidate will be friendly with an upbeat personality, will possess excellent customer service skills, will be able to multi task, handle high volume, work well with a team and professionally attend to any situation that may arise. Will be responsible for completing the audit for the hotel and food and beverage outlets, welcoming guests, check-in/check-out procedures, keeping guests informed of all in-house events as well as local area attractions and assisting them with their needs, making reservations, accommodating walk-ins, qualifying calls, taking detailed messages and answering general information questions about our resort. Other job duties include but are not limited to assisting managers with daily administrative tasks and projects. Previous Night Audit experience is desired. Previous experience answering a multi-line switchboard is required. Previous experience with Opera is preferred. Must be able to withstand long hours on your feet. Must possess a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
