The Rooms Controller at Sirata Beach Resort plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily room assignments, inventory management, and coordination with housekeeping and engineering. This position is responsible for maximizing room occupancy and revenue by accurately managing room availability, confirming third-party, and aligning guest preferences with available inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of hotel front office or reservations experience, preferably in a resort setting. Familiarity with property management systems (Opera and OnQ). Strong understanding of online travel agencies (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) and third-party reservation procedures. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
