Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Maintain online reservations
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately .
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area including sweeping and mopping, wiping down the counters, sanitizing, vacuuming
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Familiarity with phone systems and computer software (e.g., property management systems).
• Must have phone etiquette.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
