Hotel Front Desk Associate Ramada 43824 Hwy 27, Davenport, FL 33837 Full job description We are looking to add 2 outgoing, personable, multi-tasking people to our fantastic front desk team! Our hotel is amazing because we have outstanding people working here! Must have a ready smile and an outgoing personality, be dependable, and have great guest service skills! We are very busy and need individuals that can multitask and have the ability to make quick decisions to take care of our guests with a great personality. Experience with synxis platform is preferred but we will train the right candidates. Hotel Front Desk experience

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and check them in Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions Process payments correctly and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift Interact as part of the team Run a smooth and efficient front desk Keep Pantry stocked and clean
Experience:
Front Desk experience in guest service hospitality is required. Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills is also required.
