OVERVIEW
As the Night Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the resort in safety and customer excellence. Ensuring a positive atmosphere and responsive service for the guests at the resort will not only mean satisfied guests, but more fun and memories together!
JOB DUTIES
Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with Camp Margaritaville Auburndale’s service philosophy. Responds to guest inquiries. Works with the Assistant General Manager, and MOD team to ensure smooth shift transitions each night and morning. Assists with handling and resolving guest complaints. Assists guests with late check-ins, site changes, and site issues. Enforces resort rules and standards. Assists with monitoring all resort areas overnight. Perform frequent checks of the resort to ensure complete guest compliance in all areas throughout the night. Monitor CCTV and report on all technical issues in a timely manner. Completing incident reports. Respond to emergency situations inline with CMA protocols. Provides feedback to assist in the improvement of the operation of the resort.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry or security sector Demonstrated leadership abilities Self-motivated Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to operational needs of the business Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in extreme situations Basic computer proficiency including email, internet and Microsoft Office Suite Flexible hours Team Player and desire to be better than the best
