Davenport, FL Omni Distribution LLC is a staffing company committed to connecting top talent. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent for a resort located in Davenport, FL. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic, guest-facing role in a hospitality setting. Shifts:

Day and Afternoon Shifts (including weekends) Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival Check guests in and out efficiently using the resort’s reservation system Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services Handle guest requests, issues, or complaints promptly and professionally Process payments and manage basic accounting or billing tasks Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts (day and afternoon) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Join our team as a Front Desk Agent to be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
