Part Time Front Desk Agent (part of Hilton) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Altamonte Springs, FL 32701 As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our hotel during the evening shift . You will be responsible for working the front desk, checking guests in/out and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Check in guests and answer guest’s questions or concerns as needed. Handle all guest issues throughout the shift. Check out guests. Works with other departments to ensure guest assistance is carried out promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Hotel experience in Front Desk required. Strong guest relations skills required. Hilton experience strongly preferred.
