Front Desk Agent Motel 6 – Cartersville-White 2335 Highway 411 NE, White, GA 30184 Overview The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting hotel guests and attending to their needs, utilizing the highest possible level of guest services, and ensuring the hotel creates memorable and positive guest experiences. Duties Include Assisting guest with check in and check out processes Providing information to guest and visitor inquiries Processing guest billing/accounting correctly & efficiently Handling cash effectively and accurately Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently Follow the operational policies and procedures for Motel 6 Respond to all guest requests Monitor cleanliness of lobby Book reservations Maintain and organize all work areas. Job Requirements Flexible Schedule (we operate 24 hrs/day, 365 days a year. Nights & weekends are expected) Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction Provide a Guest Experience that exceeds their expectations Must be able to multi-task Must possess basic computer skills Must be able to work independently

FLEXIBLE HOURS ARE A MUST. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED.
