Front Desk Agent Hampton Inn Emerson-Lakepoint 86 Old Alabama Rd SE, Emerson, GA 30137 Checks guests in and out of hotel rooms. Distributes room keys. Verifies customers’ hotel registration information. Calculates guests’ room payments and additional costs. Anticipates guests’ needs and provides a pleasant experience. Books reservations. Accommodates special needs or requests. Manages reservations, check-ins, and checkouts. Provides information about the facility, local attractions, and amenities. Responds to inquiries and complaints. Coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance staff. Handles cash and credit card transactions. Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing phone inquiries, handling reservations, and maintaining an organized front desk area. Your proficiency in computer skills and office management, along with premium abilities in multi-line phone systems and bilingual communication, will enhance guest experiences. Additionally, relevant skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and time management will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction in our dynamic environment.
