Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• skills are a plus, as you may need to assist international guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software
