Job Duties Include:
Serving guest hot/cold beverages and pastries Answering incoming calls from our clients regarding their service needs. Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments. Outbound calls. Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products Present a positive and professional impression of our dealership Other duties as assigned. The Service department relies on our BDC coordinators to keep the CRM system organized as well as keep the management team up to date on our clients needs/wants prior to, during, and after each visit. Other job duties will be discussed upon interview to make sure applicant is the right person for the job. Training is provided.
