Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Responsibilities – Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Operate phone systems, make reservations, and manage guest bookings Perform night audit duties as required Communicate effectively with guests and team members Provide multilingual support when needed Experience – Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations Familiarity with hotel procedures and standards Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
