Position requires someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform duties with accuracy in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work with computers, use common office equipment, answer multi-line phone system.

Front Desk Duties include:

• Making Reservations
• Checking guest in/out of hotel
• Assigning rooms for incoming guest
• Collecting and processing guest payments
• Providing excellent customer service to the standards set by Clarion Pointe
• Cleaning the front desk and high traffic areas Applicants need to have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
