Hotel Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor Candlewood Suites Kennesaw 745 Cobb Place Boulevard NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts. FIRST… Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Dependable, nice, smiling, hard worker, outgoing, and a team player Conduct night audits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and balanced. Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests during night hours. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills. Excellent guest relations skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks efficiently.
