Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Full-time and / or Part-time.
• Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude with guest as well as co-workers.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Previous Guest Service and/or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Well organized and able to multi-task.
• Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service to go above and beyond guest expectation.
• Able to work varying hours / shift.
• Able to work weekends. Will get some weekends off.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Detail orientated, MUST.
• Get shift differential pay for overnight shift.
• Able to stand / be on feet for 8 to 10 hours.
• Willing to train for Managerial / Supervisor position within the company. Some responsibilities of Front Desk / Guest Service Agent are as follows:
• Answer phone calls to make reservations or update existing reservations.
• Deliver wonderful customer service to arriving/departing guests.
• Checking in/out guest.
• Address guest needs / issues.
• Handle Cash.
