Full Job Description About Us:
The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Airport South is a reputable hotel dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Our team is committed to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests. We are currently seeking a talented and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our growing family. Flexible Availability is required to work both a 7am – 3pm or 3pm – 11pm shift.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the hotel. Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate billing and payment processing. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with reservations and room assignments. Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs. Resolve guest issues and concerns to ensure their satisfaction. Uphold the high standards of the Marriott brand for guest service excellence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with hotel reservation and check-in/check-out systems is a plus. Knowledge of the Marriott brand and its commitment to guest satisfaction is a plus.
