The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests at our resort/hotel, and it requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations and room assignments. Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the hotel services and amenities. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately. Skills Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and guest relations . Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls professionally. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems related to hotel management operations. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
