Front Desk Associate Fix it for Forty Atlanta, GA 30363 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle reservations and cancellations using our computerized system. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of guest information. Assist guests with their requests, including room changes or special accommodations. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions as needed. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Experience Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer literacy, including Google Suite applications. Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is essential.
