Hotel Front Desk Agent (Holiday Inn Duluth) Holiday Inn Gas South Center 6310 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097 Urgently hiring new faces for our front desk! Opera Experience a Plus! Do you have a desire to provide the highest level of service & hospitality to guests? Come join our team! In this role you will meet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Hotel standards, handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately following all cash handling and credit policies, take reservations over the telephone and in person. Answer guest inquires about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner and answer their questions regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc. This is primarily an afternoon/evening opening (3p-11p), but shifts could vary to include mornings, afternoons, evenings; weekends and holiday availability is required.
