The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, contributing to a positive experience for all guests. Responsibilities Check in /check out guests. Assist customers with any needs they may have. Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Treat the guest as you would wish to be treated. As a key team member, you are empowered to “make it right” with guest issues. Be familiar with Fosse, our point of sale system. You will either be the first employee a guest sees or the last person they see, sometimes both. You want them to walk away from interacting with you thinking they MUST tell Marriott what an outstanding employee you were with them. Qualifications Previous experience at a Marriott front desk Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Advance knowledge of guest interaction, how to act, how to react Must be able to stand for extended periods.
