WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

As the Full-Time Guest Services Manager at The Westin Jekyll Island, you’ll be at the helm of ensuring guest satisfaction by expertly managing the front desk and bell staff teams. Your ability to create seamless check-in and check-out processes will set the tone for memorable stays, while effectively managing room inventory keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to hire and train a dedicated team of Guest Services staff, instilling in them the importance of upholding Marriott Brand Standards. Your role will also involve addressing guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and cared for. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A GUEST SERVICES MANAGER
