Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you’re friendly, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check-in clients with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments via phone, in person, and across multiple communication platforms. Answer phone calls and messages across all client communication channels. Receive and process payments at client check-out. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including the coffee station and bathroom. Serve water and coffee to clients during their wait. Assist with additional front desk duties as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (required); Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus. Comfortable using computers (required). Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Must be organized, punctual, and proactive.
Work Schedule:
Part-time :
4.5 hours per day Monday to Friday – either 10:00am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-7:00pm Saturdays – 9:00am-5:00pm , alternating (every other Saturday) How to
