McDonough, GA 30253 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls as necessary. Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in maintaining the front desk area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
