This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries to enhance their experience at our hotel or resort. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations promptly using the hotel management system. Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls and responding to inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
