Front desk Super 8 by Wyndham 8171 S Main St, Helen, GA 30545 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team from 3pm-11pm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Maintain accurate records by proofreading documents and filing essential paperwork. Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and managing correspondence. Utilize Google Suite for various clerical tasks, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in a clerical or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing exceptional service. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse guests. Proficient typing skills and familiarity with office software, particularly Google Suite.
