Must be able to stand for 8 hours at a time and maintain a pleasant attitude Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience working with a hotel PMS. Our professional team of Guest Service Representatives are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests, and we’re seeking candidates to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at once and has a strong commitment to customer service. The successful candidates will answer incoming calls, process guests in a timely manner, inspect rooms and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

The Front Desk position is of the utmost importance. You provide the primary interaction with each and every guest and often are the first impression that each guest receives. In cooperation with the General Manager, you will function in a variety of capacities by negotiating rates with potential guests, greeting guests and checking them in, and assisting with guests as they check out. In all your activities, we expect that as the Front Desk Agent, you do your best to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere. Specific duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to Ensure highest quality service and standards to each guest Maintain the highest quality of appearance and professionalism Complete any required training or continuing education required by the franchise affiliation as required Perform other tasks delegated to you by the General Manager as necessary Dedicate time each day to interact with specific guests to assess their experience and provide personal touches. Find out how the guests are feeling and where we can improve Encourage guests to submit guest reviews and comments online to provide an increased number of positive hotel surveys Assist in the inspection of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and condition Communicate with all other departments in a respectful, effective, and timely manner Any task as delegated by your supervisor or any task involving
