Full Job Description Front Desk Agent Duties:

2 years choice experience is needed.

  • Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with guest check-out procedures
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
  • Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar hospitality establishment is preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
