Summary As a Front Desk Agent at DOUBLETREE, you will be the first point of contact for our guests in Lobby. Your role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our commitment to hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available. Assist with phone inquiries regarding reservations and guest services with professionalism. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Promote hotel loyalty programs and upsell additional services when appropriate. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interaction. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing guest relations.
