Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Manage front desk operations including night audits as needed. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Provide information about room rates, availability, and amenities to prospective guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met. Requirements Previous experience in front desk or guest services preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
