Customer Service/Front Desk Associate WCC Furniture & Mattress Center Lafayette, LA WCC Furniture & Mattress Center is a fast-growing, locally-owned furniture store in Lafayette, Louisiana. This position is a customer-facing position in a professional setting, with daily cash handling and customer calls. Opportunities to grow within the company. Bilingual (Spanish) speaker a PLUS $ Full time position. Part time considered for the right candidate/schedule. We are currently seeking a cashier/customer service representative with the following traits: Ability to provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Positive, friendly attitude toward both coworkers and customers Ability to work well with others Highly organized and able to multitask/prioritize tasks Detail-oriented Working knowledge of computers Flexibility, adaptability, and problem solving skills Ability to learn quickly Ability to complete daily tasks (once trained) without supervision and without constant follow-up needed Required tasks include but are not limited to: Providing friendly customer service in person and over the phone Completing customer transactions accurately Answering and operating multi-line phones Maintaining office filing system Maintaining and inputting data in our system(s) Operating and maintaining basic office equipment including printer & scanner Various other clerical duties required Advancement opportunities are available for the right candidate. MUST WORK SATURDAYS
