The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will also assist with night audits and contribute to the overall efficiency of hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information regarding hotel services and amenities. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information. Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist in promoting hotel services and upselling rooms or packages when appropriate. Support guest relations efforts by providing personalized service and addressing individual needs. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
