Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist guest with inquiries regarding services and provide information as needed. Operate office equipment including phone systems, computers, and printers. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Collaborate with other team members to support office operations effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent). Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
