Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using Google Workspace. Perform data entry tasks related to bookings and customer interactions. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele. Proficiency in Google Workspace and general computer literacy is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in administrative roles or as a personal assistant is a plus. Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records is beneficial.
