Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests. Conduct night audits as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services in a hotel environment. Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
