Lead Guest Services Rep 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 832 Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, LA 70523 Responsible for the direct supervision of the Guest Services employees on assigned shift, in absence of Manager and assisting with the supervision of same. Responsible for assisting in coordinating and reporting on all casino events. In addition, position is responsible for customer relations including but not limited to; issuing comps, additional offer requests, and handling hotel and restaurant reservations for Black and Black Elite Card Holders and Casino VIPs. One to three years of applicable customer-relations experience required, with progressive supervisory experience preferred.
