What You Bring to the Table An energetic personality that shines even during night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Curiosity and passion, demonstrated through college coursework in a related field. Experience in a hotel or related field, or a desire to learn. A positive attitude and a natural ability to deliver outstanding service. A keen eye for detail and strong multi-tasking abilities to effectively navigate interactions with both colleagues and guests. Excellent communication skills to share the stories and attractions of Covington with our guests. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to meet deadlines and follow directions to keep our operations running smoothly.
