We cater to corporate and leisure guests who come to Minden to work, visit families, or simply enjoy a night’s rest while traveling on I-20. Exacta Inn is an equal opportunity employer.   • 10PM to 6AM (4 nights a week M-Th) Check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner.

Welcome guests with a friendly attitude. Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services. Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner. Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures. Communicate requests or issues to management that may require a follow-up. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction. Book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel; process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments. Must be mature enough to work alone in the hotel and handle an emergency should it arise. Perform other duties as assigned including guest room tours, helping other departments, special guest requests, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent, or in process of obtaining. You must be able to pass a Background Check. Must have valid driver’s license. This job requires ability to perform the following: Frequently standing behind the desk and front office areas Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds Handling objects, products and computer equipment Use a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and employees. May be required to work weekends, and/or holidays.
