The Front Desk Agent will be the lasting, first impression, for each guest staying at our hotel. We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests. Starting Rate of Pay – $20.00 per hour Our Hotel offers fantastic benefits!! A pay increase just after 90 days of employment, and an additional increase every year after! Shifts:

Full Time position must be available to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts (including weekends), 11pm-7am as needed. Opportunity Full Time and Part Time positions available. (Full Time must be fully flexible to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts including weekends) Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, completing the check-in/ check-out process, booking reservations, answering phone calls, providing recommendations on things to do and places to go in the local area, answering any guest inquires, etc. Competitive hourly pay rate with opportunities to earn advancement, incentives, overtime, employee referral incentives, etc.
