What You’ll Do:

As a Front Office team member, you’ll bethe face of Jiminy Peak

• greeting guests, answering questions, andensuring every visitor feels right at home.

Your day-to-day willinclude:

• Welcoming and checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Answering phones and directing calls with a smile
• Issuing keys, lifttickets, brochures, and more
• Coordinating with housekeeping andmaintenance to fulfill guest requests
• Using our systems to manage workorders and thermostat settings
• Providing directions, conciergeservices, and local recommendations
• Handling payments and runningdaily reports
• Responding to guest inquiries via our messaging system
• Supporting management with various tasks and reports
• Knowledge ofsafety and emergency protocols
• Keep up to date on resort events

WhatWe’re Looking For:

• Weekend and holiday availability is a must
• 18years or older
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion forservice
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortablestanding for long periods
• Basic computer, typing, and math skills
• This position will report directly to the Front Desk Supervisor/and orFront Office Manager
