You will live in the nice one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the premises. You will mainly serve as a physical presence at the building overnight, while in the comfort of your own apartment. Rent is $1,600 a month with utilities included. The best and most major benefit is living in an incredible location for significantly under the market rent for the area (probably about 1/2). The role requires an overnight presence at the location, mainly just so that in the case of any emergency, you can contact the appropriate personnel if the need arises. Job requires a very minimal (and very flexible) number of hours on the front desk per week, to be discussed as part of the interview process.
