Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner. Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and improve overall service quality. Skills Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality management. Familiarity with hotel management systems and front desk operations. Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial for managing overnight shifts. Ability to build positive guest relations through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
