Position Summary:

As the Front Desk Clerk at Abellona Inn & Suites, you are at the forefront of our guest experience. Your role is pivotal in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and valued. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of service and hospitality while maintaining financial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Check-In/Check-Out:

Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Guest Relations:

Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a professional and caring approach.

Reservations:

Handle reservations, answer phone calls, and provide accurate information about the inn and its amenities.

Room Assignments:

Coordinate room assignments and ensure guest preferences are accommodated whenever possible.

Concierge Services:

Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance guests’ experiences.

Problem Solving:

Address guest issues and resolve them in a manner that leaves guests satisfied.

Front Desk Operations:

Maintain a well-organized and welcoming front desk area.

Reporting:

Generate reports related to occupancy and guest feedback or requests Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A warm and inviting personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
