Experienced Front Desk Agent – Night Audit Best Western Plus Lee’s Summit Hotel & Suites 4825 NE Lakewood Way, Lees Summit, MO 64064 We’re currently seeking an organized and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting guests and conducting early check-in and check-out procedures, and completing daily reporting functions. The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive payment for services. Communicate with guests and other staff members.
