The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with guests and providing them with a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Sanitize bathrooms, and other facilities to maintain hygiene. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Assist with cooking and preparing light meals as needed. Handle commercial cleaning tasks in various settings as required. Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or commercial settings. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and products used in floor care and sanitation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
