Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
