The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Process payments and manage billing information using hotel management software. Answer phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette. Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management at all times. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A background in hospitality management is desirable but not mandatory.
