THE JOB:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will assist customers with telephone calls related to dispatch services while delivering the highest level of customer service and courtesy, this includes partnering with several departments in handling guest requests and ensuring a resolution. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Wednesday & Thursday off days 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Friday – Tuesday
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Quickly and efficiently handling all incoming/outgoing calls while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Dispatch and log guest service requests for luggage, room service, housekeeping, and other amenities. Perform data entry for requested services. Inform guests about property events and amenities while keeping records accurate and up to date. Maintain accurate records for all requests.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or service. 1+ year of prior relevant experience, including high-volume call center or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Effectively communicate in English, both in written and oral forms. Pays close attention to details, ensuring accuracy in data entry and handling guest requests with precision. Works well with others, effectively coordinating with different departments to meet guest needs. Thinks quickly and effectively to resolve guest issues, ensuring satisfaction.
