Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Perform night audit duties including balancing accounts, processing transactions, and preparing reports. Maintain accurate records of guest information and room assignments. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing reservations and coordinating special requests for guests. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance guest relations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
